NMIMS MBA 2026 Results Are Out. What Comes Next?
NMIMS has released the final merit list for its MBA 2026 batch, marking the end of this year’s admission cycle. Candidates who cleared NMAT and Stage 2 assessments, including interviews, can now check their admission status on the official portal. Selected applicants need to confirm their seats by paying the programme fee and completing document verification within the given deadlines. Final campus allocation depends on merit rank, preferences, and seat availability.

April Visa Bulletin: Movement for Some, Standstill for India
The April 2026 Visa Bulletin brings marginal forward movement across a few categories, but India remains heavily backlogged, especially in employment-based visas. EB-2 India is still stuck around mid-2014, while EB-3 inches forward but continues to reflect long wait times. Family-sponsored categories show slow progress, with most still oversubscribed. High demand from countries like India and China continues to strain the system, keeping queues long.
Green Card Lottery Is Back. Indians Still Left Out.
The US has restarted the Diversity Visa programme with tighter rules, now requiring passport details upfront to curb fraud and duplicate applications. While the changes aim to strengthen the system, they do little for Indian applicants, who remain ineligible due to consistently high migration numbers. The lottery still allocates up to 55,000 visas to underrepresented countries each year, but India continues to stay outside that pool. With scrutiny around the programme rising, the latest update signals stricter oversight
